First things first...Sorry about no post yesterday. The power outage made that kind of hard!
Yesterday we did two things:
1. Took a Quiz.
2. Had a discussion about our grading. Here is that presentation!
TODAY we started our station work on symbiosis and general ecology. Our resource page for this group of stations can be found by clicking here.
A reminder that the lab report and eco-column for bottle biology will be graded on MONDAY!

Tuesday Class
Today in science we did two things:
1. Did a short activity on Abiotic vs Biotic factors in an ecosystem. The sheet for this activity can be found by clicking here.
2. Finished up our bottle biology activity. (Although we will be making observations each day on our bottles)
The bottle biology eco-column and lab report will be graded next Monday when each student takes the oral examination on their project.

Monday Class
Today in science we did two things:
1. CPS review session on some of the basic principles of ecology.
2. Almost finished our Bottle Biology Project. Tomorrow students will be given approximately 25 minutes to finish their bottles and lab report.
Congrats goes to Mr. Malefyt's 6th hour for winning the CPS competition among Mr. Malefyt's 4 science classes with a score of 82%!

Thursday Class
